SUMMARY:Comment on the Coastal Army Corps Study Today!
DESCRIPTION:We Need Your Help to Shape Boston’s Waterfront for the Next 100 Years! \nYou have an important opportunity right now to reinvent our waterfront and shape how our City responds to the impacts of climate change. As rising seas and storms threaten our safety and our economy\, we need to act now to protect Boston. \nYou don’t need to be an engineer or climate expert to participate. If you live\, work\, visit\, or play in our harbor\, your perspective matters! If you’ve ever wanted a say in reinventing our waterfront for the next 100 years\, now is your chance. \nComments are due by 5pm on September 18. \nThe Boston Society of Landscape Architects also created a helpful comment letter template linked here. \nBoston Coastal Storm Risk Management Study Story Map: Use this fantastic resource from the City of Boston to view pictures of each of the proposed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects in Charlestown\, Dorchester\, Downtown\, East Boston\, and South Boston.
